The Tugboat used to be "The Omega Cafe" in the early 90's. Part owned by the man who started The Montage resteraunt.
This cafe was a 24 hour establishment that allowed all the gutter punks to hang out and drink coffee all night. They also had a small watch repair shop located at the front.
