Cascadia is all about using patients to make cash. They don't care about people unless they can make money off them

  • Madison South Neighborhood, Trudy A. (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
This is true. The big box store would hurt this neighborhood because you can see that there are houses all around it and Madison High School right across from it!
  • The Pearl District, Kevin (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
Lincoln is not in the Pearl District.
  • The Pearl District, Erik (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
The Pearl District is part of downtown Portland, and it is growing very quickly, with the rise of the Civic towers. The property values are increasing exponentially. Also, the Pearl hold Lincoln High School, easily the best public school in greater Portland.

By far the best bread in Portland, and amazing pastries to boot.

DIY Typically stands for Do It Yourself.
  • Sullivan's Gulch Neighborhood, mackstann (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
It borders Broadway to the north, not Burnside. Burnside is south of the area.
  • Northwest District, Chris (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
I agree that the alphabet name is silly and should be changed. Also, the real name of "Suicide Bridge" is Vista Bridge, and it's technically not in Northwest but Southwest Portland, as it is south of Burnside.
